Política de Reembolsos

1. The short version
Every charge has a 7-day, no-questions refund. If you're not happy, tell us within 7 days of any charge and we refund it in full.
2. Trial
The 7-day free trial requires a card but charges nothing up front. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing. If you forget and the first charge lands, section 1 still applies — ask within 7 days and it's refunded.
3. How to request
E-mail support@tspanda.com from the address on your subscription, or use the manage-subscription link in your receipt. No justification needed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; banks typically post them within 5–10 business days.
4. Renewals
Monthly and annual renewals follow the same rule: request within 7 days of the renewal charge and we refund that charge in full and cancel the new period — for annual renewals, the 7-day window runs from the renewal date. After 7 days, you can still cancel anytime — access runs to the end of the paid period, without a pro-rata refund.
5. Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of repeated subscribe-refund cycles or key-sharing abuse; consumer-law rights are never affected.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback — a refund from us is faster than a dispute. Accounts with open disputes are suspended until resolution.
