Version 2.3 — Effective October 29, 2026

1. The short version

Panda has a 14-day free trial with no card, and charges are not refundable. Try Panda during the trial — it ends on its own and nothing is charged unless you subscribe. After a charge is made — monthly or annual — it is not refunded, in whole or in part, except where the law requires otherwise.

2. Free trial

The 14-day free trial needs no card. It starts at your first sign-in in the Panda app; when it ends, access stops until you subscribe, and subscribing is charged on the spot. One free trial per person and per computer — see the Terms of Service, Section 4.

3. Cancelling

Cancel at any time from your account at tspanda.com/account, or by e-mailing support@tspanda.com from your subscription address. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid, and that period is not refunded.

4. Consumers resident in Brazil

The statutory right of withdrawal (art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code) applies where the law grants it — see the Brazil Addendum.

4A. Consumers in the EU/EEA and the United Kingdom

If you subscribe from the EU/EEA or the UK, you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from the day you subscribe. You can withdraw with the "Withdraw from contract" button in your account at tspanda.com/account or by e-mail to support@tspanda.com; the payment taken when you subscribed is refunded in full within 14 days. 5. Trials started with a card before October 29, 2026

Free trials started before October 29, 2026 with a card on file end under version 2.2 of this policy.

5A. Charges made before October 2, 2026

Charges made before October 2, 2026 keep the refund policy in force when they were made (version 1.1).

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us at support@tspanda.com before opening a chargeback. Accounts with open disputes are suspended until resolution.
