Getting started and requirements
Do I need DAS to use Panda?
No. Desk, Scanner and charts run standalone. The montage link works with DAS and TradingView today.
What do I need to run it?
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
Does Panda open or close DAS — or any app — for me?
No, never. Panda never opens, closes, types into or controls your trading platform. You link a window once; the overlay reads the symbol and follows. Your platform stays exactly as you left it.
Which brokers work with the DAS link?
Brokers that run DAS: CenterPoint, Cobra, SpeedTrader, SageTrader, Ocean One, plus TradingView.
How do I install Panda?
From the Microsoft Store: search “Panda Trading Solutions” or use the Get the app button on this site. The Store handles installs and updates. A direct installer (.exe) exists for people already running it; new installs should use the Store.
Panda Desk
What is Panda Desk?
Panda Desk sits next to your montage and shows dilution risk, real float, shelf, ATM, warrants, cash and the news for the ticker you are on, with the filings behind them. Switch the ticker and the panel repaints as the chart loads.
How does the montage link work?
Link the overlay to a montage window once. From then on, every symbol change in that montage re-resolves the overlay in the background — no retyping, no alt-tab. Unlink or relink to another window any time.
Does anything show dilution inside DAS natively?
No. DAS has no filings layer. Panda puts the dilution data next to your montage, so you stop opening a second tab.
Panda Scanner
What is Panda Scanner?
Panda Scanner is the board for small caps. Every mover since premarket stays on it, with float, SSR, news flag and MOMO on the row. Click a ticker and it loads in your montage and linked windows.
Does a stock stay on the board after it cools off?
Yes. Once a name qualifies it stays on the board for the session, with its session stats.
Does the Scanner cover premarket and after-hours?
Yes. The board runs from pre-market through after-hours, and halt and SSR status stay on the row.
What are MOMO alerts?
MOMO flags a stock that moves 10% or more in 5 minutes, pre-market and after-hours included. It alerts; the board is where you check the row.
Data
Where does the data come from?
US market data across pre-market, regular hours and after-hours, plus dilution data read from SEC EDGAR filings.
Is Panda a broker, or does it give investment advice?
No. Panda Trading Solutions is not a broker, does not give financial advice and never executes orders. It is a data and visualization layer: it shows you what the filings and the tape say, and the decision stays yours.
Are quotes real-time?
Yes — real-time US equities quotes in premarket, regular hours and after-hours.
AI Insight (Pro)
What is AI Insight?
AI Insight is a written analysis of the ticker you are on, generated when you ask for it: the Play (ATM Drip, Shelf Ready, Post-R/S Run...), the Hidden Levels drawn on the chart, and how confident the AI is about what is happening.
Does AI Insight predict prices?
No. It reads structure — filings, float, dilution capacity, catalyst — and writes what the setup is, with levels. It does not predict prices, does not generate buy/sell signals and is not investment advice.
Which languages does AI Insight write in?
English, Portuguese and Spanish, in the language your desk runs in.
Plans, trial and billing
How does the trial work?
14 days free, no card, on Panda Pro. Create your account, install Panda and sign in: the 14 days start at your first sign-in in the app. When they end, access stops until you subscribe, and nothing is charged unless you do. During the trial you see the AI Insight analyses that already exist; asking for a new one needs a paid Pro plan. Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
What’s the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter is the whole desk: Scanner, Desk overlay, Live Events, charts and modules. Pro adds AI Insight in EN, PT and ES plus the AI levels plotted on the chart. Upgrading is immediate and pro-rata; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the current cycle.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Open Manage subscription (linked in every receipt) — switch between Starter and Pro, move between monthly and annual, update your card, pull invoices or cancel. Hosted by Stripe. Cancellations run to the end of the paid period.
Is there a free version?
No free tier. The trial is 14 days, no card, on Panda Pro. When it ends, access stops until you subscribe.
Languages and support
Which languages does the app speak?
The whole desk works in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and on Pro, AI Insight writes in your language too.
How do I get support?
Discord or support@tspanda.com (the official Discord server is linked in the site footer). Both are answered by the people who build the product.
Is Panda Trading Solutions related to Panda Trading Systems (PandaTS)?
No. Panda Trading Solutions (tspanda.com) is a Windows overlay and scanner for small-cap day traders that links to your trading platform's montage. Panda Trading Systems / PandaTS (pandats.com) is an unrelated white-label technology provider for forex and CFD brokerages. Different company, different product.
